Local privilege escalation via stale audio mapping

Use-after-free in FreeBSD 14.3 before p15, 14.4 before p6, and 15.0 before p10 allows local users to read and write kernel memory. The dsp_mmap_single() path leaves a VM mapping valid after device closure frees its audio-channel buffer, so reused kernel memory remains exposed through the stale mapping. World-accessible /dev/dsp nodes and an installed audio device provide the required access, enabling full kernel compromise or a kernel crash.
