Local privilege escalation via wrapped history-size allocation

Integer overflow in FreeBSD before 14.3-RELEASE-p15, before 14.4-RELEASE-p6, and before 15.0-RELEASE-p10 allows local users to escalate privileges. The vt(4) CONS_HISTORY ioctl multiplies an inadequately validated history size into a wrapped allocation length, then initializes the undersized heap buffer out of bounds. An unprivileged local account with access to a vt(4) device can corrupt kernel heap memory and gain elevated privileges.
