ASLR bypass via late preference-flag clearing

ASLR bypass in the FreeBSD ELF image activator allows local users to disable randomization for setuid PIE binaries via procctl(2). The activator clears inherited per-process ASLR preference flags only after computing the PIE base, so an earlier user-requested disable controls address selection. An unprivileged local account must call procctl(2) before execve(2); the bypass does not corrupt memory itself but makes a separate flaw easier to exploit.
