Arbitrary command execution via unquoted shell arguments

OS command injection in Deno before 2.7.10 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through Windows child processes. The node:child_process escapeShellArg() helper returns arguments containing cmd.exe metacharacters unquoted unless they also contain whitespace, quotes, or backslashes, and it leaves percent expansion active even inside quotes. Exploitation requires a Windows program to use shell: true and pass attacker-controlled argument data; successful injection runs commands with the Deno process's privileges.
