Stored XSS in JetBrains YouTrack before 2026.1.13162 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through project notification templates. JetBrains identifies the affected locus as project notification templates but has not published the rendering or sanitization failure that permits stored script content. Low-privileged access and recipient interaction are required; successful execution can read or alter data accessible in the recipient's browser session.
