Cluster credential disclosure via unauthenticated discovered peer

Missing authentication in Apache Artemis 2.50.0 through 2.56.0 allows network-adjacent attackers to capture cluster administrative credentials. During the initial cluster connection handshake, the broker sends administrative credentials to a peer accepted through discovery without first authenticating that peer. Reachability requires network-adjacent access to the discovery path, and exposure is limited to cluster administrative credentials.
