Arbitrary file read and write via unauthenticated SQL

SQL injection in Recce before 1.50.0 allows remote attackers to read or write server-accessible files through the query run API. The unauthenticated API passes attacker-controlled SQL to a DuckDB-backed project, where DuckDB filesystem primitives operate on paths accessible to the server process. Exploitation requires an OSS server exposed to an untrusted network without authentication and a DuckDB-backed project; writable static or application paths permit stored XSS or application tampering, while root execution extends file access to root privileges.
