Cross-user playlist read and deletion via traversal

Path traversal in gonic before 0.21.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or delete other users' playlists through the Subsonic API. playlistIDDecode base64-decodes an attacker-controlled ID, while Store.Read and Store.Delete join the resulting path without ensuring it remains beneath the playlist directory. A standard non-admin account is sufficient; arbitrary path probing is possible, but readable output is limited to fields parsed from M3U content.
