Cross-user playlist reading and deletion via missing checks

Improper authorization in sentriz gonic before 0.21.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or delete other users' playlists. The ServeGetPlaylist and ServeDeletePlaylist handlers trust a user-controlled playlist ID without enforcing playlist.UserID ownership, while the read handler also ignores private status. Any authenticated account can expose private playlist metadata and song lists or irreversibly delete another user's playlists, including an administrator's.
