Anti-theft bypass via disconnected shutdown wires

Physical-condition handling in Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber Limited +Tech 2025 allows physically proximate attackers to bypass anti-theft shutdown. The receiving ECU fails to distinguish the WCM's falling-edge shutdown pulse from an open circuit and remains operable when the dedicated wire pair is interrupted. Physical access to the WCM wiring is required, and disconnecting the pair bypasses PIN validation without reported effects on data or other vehicle functions.
