Memory decryption via low-entropy TME key

Insufficient entropy in IBM PowerVM Hypervisor firmware allows physically proximate attackers to decrypt encrypted memory. The firmware generates the AES key used to initialize Transparent Memory Encryption hardware with too little entropy, weakening encryption in FW1060.00 through FW1060.71 and FW1110.00 through FW1110.20. Physical access to the TME hardware and high attack complexity are required; exploitation exposes memory contents without altering data or interrupting service.
