PIN bypass via fail-open WCM silence
Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026
Authentication bypass in the display of Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber Limited +Tech 2025 allows attackers to skip PIN entry via WCM silence. During boot, the display treats missing Wireless Control Module traffic as proof that no immobilizer is installed and opens the normal interface without requesting the PIN. Exploitation requires physical proximity and suppression of WCM messages within the boot window, yielding access to the unlocked display but no reported control beyond its interface.
