Authenticated DAG source disclosure via per-file authorization gap
Published Jul 7, 2026 · Updated Jul 7, 2026
Authorization bypass in Apache Airflow 3.0.0 through 3.2.x allows remote authenticated users to read unauthorized DAG source code. The GET /api/v2/dagSources/{dag_id} endpoint checks access only to the requested DAG, then returns the full file without redacting other DAGs. Exposure requires multiple DAGs in one file and per-DAG access controls; single-DAG files do not disclose another DAG's source.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
