Path traversal in Slopsmith before 0.2.9-alpha.5 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files via crafted archives. The unpack_psarc implementations append unvalidated PSARC entry names to the extraction root, while _unpack_zip calls ZipFile.extractall() without filtering members. Exploitation requires archive-import privileges; in the default root-running Docker deployment, writing into the plugin directory grants host code execution.
