Authenticated data disclosure via ungated fieldtype endpoints
Published Jun 19, 2026 · Updated Jun 19, 2026
Incorrect authorization in Statamic CMS before 5.73.23 and 6.0.0 through 6.19.x allows remote authenticated users to read restricted data. Relationship-style fieldtype listing, by-ID, preload, and column-metadata paths return resources without applying each resource's existing view policy. Any authenticated Control Panel account can retrieve entry content, custom field values, asset metadata, and account or role existence, but cannot modify data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
