Authenticated server crash via atom-table exhaustion

Denial of service in Boruta before 0.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the authorization server through user settings. BorutaIdentityWeb.UserSettingsController.update/2 passes every request-body key to String.to_atom/1 before validation, permanently interning fresh atoms in the shared BEAM table. Any logged-in end user can repeatedly submit fresh keys, including in failing updates, until the table fills and the entire umbrella server aborts.
