Cross-author revision control via user-controlled post_id

Authorization bypass in Vvveb before 1.0.8.4 allows remote authenticated users to access other Authors' post revisions. The admin/controller/content/revisions.php controller and post_content_revision queries accept caller-supplied post_id, language_id, and created_at values and perform list, read, restore, and delete actions without consistently scoping them to the current admin_id or post ownership. Author-level access is enough to read historic content, restore another Author's revision over live content, or delete revision records and audit history.
