Archive disclosure via unauthenticated recording endpoints
Published Jun 4, 2026 · Updated Jun 4, 2026
Improper authentication in Acer Connect M6E firmware M6E_AI_1.00.000019 and earlier allows remote attackers to read multimedia session archives. Meeting-recording endpoints return internal archive content without authenticating the requester, while permissive CORS lets an attacker-controlled origin read the responses. No account is required; direct network requests can retrieve archives, and cross-origin access lets a malicious site with network reach read them.
