CVE-2026-49195

Unauthenticated command execution via exposed debug service

Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026

Missing authentication in Acer Predator Connect W6x firmware W6x_GBL_2.00.000005 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute UCC commands. The /sbin/mtk_dut binary listens on TCP port 9000 and accepts commands through its debugging interface without authenticating the client. Access from an adjacent LAN is sufficient, with no credentials or user interaction required.
