Authenticated file disclosure via traversal bypass

Path traversal in Typemill before 2.24.0 allows remote authenticated users with Author privileges to read files outside the content directory. Storage::getFile() accepts an empty folder argument and lets traversal-bearing path input evade Storage::getFolderPath() confinement. Author-level access and a crafted path query parameter are required; successful requests disclose readable server files without modifying them.
