Operation hijacking via unfiltered control headers

Header injection in Apache Camel Salesforce allows remote attackers to control Salesforce operations through untrusted HTTP headers. AbstractSalesforceProcessor.getParameter() prefers Exchange headers, while non-Camel-prefixed Salesforce constants pass through HttpHeaderFilterStrategy instead of being stripped. Exposure requires an HTTP consumer bridged to a Salesforce producer; injected requests run with the connected user's permissions and can read or modify accessible Salesforce data.
