Path traversal via unconditional backslash normalization

Path traversal in unjs pathe 2.0.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to escape intended directories via backslash-separated paths. normalizeWindowsPath replaces every backslash with a slash before join(), resolve(), and normalize() process dot segments, defeating validation limited to ../ sequences. Exploitation requires a consuming POSIX application to pass attacker-controlled paths into these APIs and use the result for file access; the supplier considers the behavior intentional, and read or write impact depends on the caller.
