Authenticated service interruption via truncated chunked uploads

Infinite-loop denial of service in OpenStack Swift allows remote authenticated users to hang proxy workers through truncated S3 PUT bodies. StreamingInput appends an empty buffer after a truncated aws-chunked body reaches EOF, then re-reads indefinitely instead of terminating. Exploitation requires s3api middleware and valid credentials on Swift 2.35.1 through 2.35.2, 2.36.0 through 2.36.1, or 2.37.0 through 2.37.1; repeated requests interrupt object storage by exhausting proxy workers.
