Unauthenticated command execution via unescaped im_path preference

OS command injection in e107 2.3.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands through the ImageMagick resizer. resize_image() concatenates the caller-influenced im_path site preference before convert and passes the command to passthru() or exec() without shell escaping. A cookieless request can write that preference through media_admin_ui::updateSettings() before authentication, then invoke e107_images/thumb.php to run commands as the web-server process.
