Arbitrary code execution via output-glob eval injection

Eval injection in File::GlobMapper in IO::Compress before 2.220 allows attackers to execute arbitrary Perl via a crafted output glob. File::GlobMapper::_parseOutputGlob() encloses the caller-supplied output glob in double quotes, while _getFiles() passes the stored expression to eval STRING; an embedded quote terminates the wrapper and exposes following text to Perl evaluation. Reachability requires a calling application to pass attacker-controlled output-glob text, and injected Perl runs with the calling process's privilege.
