Contributor-level stored XSS via whole-string source replacement

Stored XSS in WPSoul Greenshift 12.8.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through crafted image-block markup. The gspb_greenShift_block_script_assets() function applies str_replace() to the full rendered HTML, so attacker-controlled src= text inside an attribute causes the inserted quotation mark to escape that attribute. Contributor-level access and a greenshift-blocks/image block with disablelazy enabled are required; scripts run when visitors open the saved page.
