Stored XSS via unescaped image attributes

Stored XSS in JoomlaWorks K2 1.0 through 2.26 allows remote attackers to execute script in users' browsers through a crafted image value. Two templates read the #__k2_users.image database column and insert its value directly into HTML src attributes without context-appropriate escaping. Exploitation requires a user to view an affected template; the script then runs in the site's origin and can read or alter data exposed to that session.
