CVE-2026-48924Network attack vector

Phishing via unrestricted post-login redirect

Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026

Open redirect in Jenkins Bitbucket OAuth Plugin 0.17 and earlier allows remote attackers to send users to attacker-controlled sites after login. BitbucketSecurityRealm.doCommenceLogin stores the unvalidated Referer header in the session, and doFinishLogin returns it directly through redirectTo after authentication. A victim must follow a crafted Jenkins login URL and complete Bitbucket authentication; the redirect supports phishing but does not itself expose Jenkins data.
