Unauthenticated code execution via deserialized cookie
Published Jun 20, 2026 · Updated Jun 20, 2026
PHP object injection in JoomShaper SP LMS 1.0.0 through 4.1.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary server code via a cookie. The cart model base64-decodes the attacker-controlled lmsOrders cookie and passes the decoded bytes directly to PHP unserialize(). No authentication or user interaction is required; code execution depends on a usable Joomla object gadget, such as the chain present before Joomla 5.2.2.
