Session token exposure via Host-derived CAS callback

Open redirect in the cas-auth plugin in Apache APISIX 3.0.0 through 3.16.0 allows remote attackers to expose session tokens via client headers. For relative cas_callback_uri configurations, the plugin assembles the CAS service callback URL from the request scheme, Host header, port, and callback path without fixing the origin to a trusted value. An attacker must influence the headers and induce active user interaction in the CAS flow; the resulting redirect can send the browser and its session token to an attacker-controlled site.
