SQL injection in JoomSky JS Help Desk 3.0.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database data without authentication. Public advisories attribute the flaw to insufficient escaping of an unnamed user-supplied parameter and an unprepared SQL query, but do not identify the affected endpoint or function. No account or user interaction is required; injected query fragments can extract sensitive records and interrupt database-backed service, with no published write impact.
