Sensitive data disclosure via subscriber-accessible preview endpoint
Published Jun 15, 2026 · Updated Jun 15, 2026
Sensitive data exposure in Bootstrapped Ventures Visual Link Preview 2.4.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read protected data. The VLP preview endpoint accepts requests from Subscriber accounts instead of enforcing the higher privilege needed to access its response data. Subscriber-level access is required; published sources identify the endpoint and confidentiality loss but do not disclose the returned fields or exact authorization function.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
