Distribution access via wrong peer address lookup

Authorization bypass in Erlang/OTP allows remote authenticated users to gain full distribution access through TLS distribution. inet_tls_dist:check_ip/1 reads the peer address with inet:sockname/1, so it compares the local address with itself and always accepts the LAN subnet check. Exploitation requires TLS distribution, check_ip enabled, and a certificate from a CA trusted by the cluster; successful access permits RPC calls and code loading.
