SSRF via alternate local-address URL forms

SSRF in Roundcube Webmail 1.6.14 through 1.6.15 and 1.7.0 allows remote attackers to read internal resources through HTML email. The rcube_utils::is_local_url check fails to recognize alternate IPv4 forms, IPv4-mapped IPv6, nip.io names, and a cloud metadata hostname as local. No Roundcube account or user action is required; a delivered stylesheet URL can expose loopback, private-network, or cloud metadata responses.
