Authenticated open redirect via unchecked cookie destination

Open redirect in SPIP before 4.4.15 allows remote authenticated users to send clients to attacker-chosen sites through the cookie action. The ecrire/action/cookie.php handler uses a caller-controlled redirect destination without restricting it to a trusted local URL. A low-privileged account can produce a trusted-domain redirect that changes the destination reached by a client, without reading data or interrupting service.
