Authenticated out-of-root repository access via unvalidated paths

Path traversal in Apache MINA SSHD sshd-git allows remote authenticated users to access repositories outside the configured server root. The git-upload-pack, git-receive-pack, and other Git operation handlers accept repository paths without verifying that their resolved locations remain beneath that root. Only applications embedding org.apache.sshd:sshd-git 2.0.0 through 2.17.1 or 3.0.0-M1 through 3.0.0-M3 are exposed; authenticated users can read repositories and perform permitted Git writes outside the intended root.
