Stored XSS via unescaped tag autocomplete rendering

Stored XSS in Shaarli 0.16.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers via crafted bookmark tags. The tag-filter autocomplete inserts stored tag text into the DOM without output escaping, so HTML event handlers execute during matching. An account able to create a bookmark supplies the tag, and a victim must use the homepage's Filter by tag search; the script then runs with that victim's browser privileges.
