Local file inclusion via unchecked element paths

Path traversal in affected CakePHP 4.x and 5.x releases allows remote attackers to include server-side PHP files. View::_getElementFileName() resolves an element name without verifying that the resulting path remains beneath application or plugin template directories. Exploitation requires an application to derive element names from attacker-controlled data and exposes PHP files readable by the web process to server-side inclusion.
