CVE-2026-48799Network attack vector

Arbitrary lifetime PRO grants via unverified payment callbacks

Published Jul 15, 2026 · Updated Jul 15, 2026

Authorization bypass in GitroomHQ Postiz before 2.21.8 allows remote authenticated users to grant arbitrary organizations lifetime PRO access. The public /crypto/:path handler verifies only an application-signed token obtainable by any platform user, then trusts body.order_id to select the organization written by SubscriptionService.lifeTime(). A low-privileged account and a crafted confirmed or finished callback are sufficient; the result is unpaid PRO billing-state modification without data disclosure or service interruption.
