Cloud credential disclosure via IPv6 transition bypass

SSRF in Pydantic AI and Pydantic AI Slim 1.56.0 through 1.101.0 and 2.0.0b1 through 2.0.0b2 allows remote attackers to read cloud IAM credentials. The URL validator fails to decode embedded metadata IPv4 addresses in IPv4-compatible, local or operator-chosen NAT64, and ISATAP IPv6 forms before applying its metadata blocklist. Exploitation requires an untrusted URL opted into force_download='allow-local' and a network that routes the relevant NAT64 or ISATAP form; standard dual-stack deployments are not affected in practice.
