Backend writes via MySQL multi-statement validation bypass

SQL injection in SysOwn ProxySQL 3.0.6 through 3.0.8 and 4.0.6 through 4.0.8 allows remote attackers to modify backend databases. The GenAI/MCP run_sql_readonly handler validates only the first keyword and an incomplete blacklist, then executes the full query with MySQL multi-statements enabled. Exploitation requires enabled, reachable MCP with an empty endpoint token or a known token, and impact is limited by the MCP target account's database privileges.
