GPS telemetry redirection via unverified deep link

Configuration hijack in Traccar Client 9.7.19 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect GPS telemetry via a crafted deep link. The org.traccar.client://config handler writes unverified URL, device ID, accuracy, distance, and interval values to persistent settings without confirmation. A victim must open the link; the resulting server change persists across restarts and sends continuing location updates to the attacker-controlled endpoint.
