Process crash via unchecked MVG recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in ImageMagick before 6.9.13-49 and 7.1.2-24 allows attackers to crash image-processing tasks via crafted MVG files. The MVG decoder recursively processes a crafted drawing graph without enforcing a depth limit or recording visited nodes, exhausting the process stack. Processing the file requires user interaction; the reported consequence is an availability-only crash of the ImageMagick process.
