Code execution via unsafe local-file link handling

Improper input validation in Warp before 0.2026.05.06.15.42.stable_01 allows remote attackers to execute code via a Markdown local-file link. NotebookLinks::open_file resolves a linked path and sends SystemGeneric or SystemDefault targets to the operating system opener without rejecting executable files. Execution requires the user to open attacker-controlled Markdown, click the rendered link, and have the linked file at an attacker-influenced local path; impact is confirmed on macOS and Windows and configuration-dependent on Linux.
