Local service crash via unbounded ExaBGP formatting

Buffer overflow in FastNetMon Community Edition through 1.2.9 allows local users to crash the daemon through a crafted ExaBGP community list. exabgp_prefix_ban_manage() uses sprintf() to place the unbounded exabgp_community value in a 256-byte stack buffer. Triggering requires control of fastnetmon.conf and a subsequent ExaBGP mitigation action; the grounded impact is limited to a daemon crash.
