Authenticated command injection via MikroTik plugin logging

OS command injection in FastNetMon Community Edition 1.2.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands. The MikroTik integration plugin's _log() function concatenates the untrusted $msg command-line argument into an exec() shell command without escaping. Reachability requires low-privileged network access and control of an argument passed to the plugin; successful injection reads or alters host data under the plugin process's permissions.
