Unauthenticated DDoS control via unchecked gRPC methods

Missing authentication in FastNetMon Community Edition through 1.2.9 allows remote attackers on the local network to alter DDoS controls. The gRPC server on port 50052 uses InsecureServerCredentials, while ExecuteBan and ExecuteUnBan perform no credential or role checks. Reachability requires local access to the loopback-bound service by default or network access after rebinding; successful calls alter protected routes, disable mitigation, disclose monitoring data, and invoke configured notification scripts.
