Command execution via unescaped plugin arguments

OS command injection in FastNetMon Community Edition through 1.2.9 allows attackers to execute shell commands through the Juniper plugin. The _log() function concatenates argv-derived IP, direction, and power values into a PHP exec() shell string without validation or escaping. Exploitation requires direct script access or an orchestration path that accepts shell metacharacters; the normal C++ caller supplies safe dotted-decimal IP text.
