Multipart header injection via unescaped disposition values

Header injection in Tesla 0.8.0 through 1.18.2 allows attackers to forge multipart part headers through untrusted disposition values. Tesla.Multipart.part_headers_for_disposition/1 inserts caller-supplied field names, filenames, and options into quoted Content-Disposition parameters without rejecting carriage returns, line feeds, or double quotes. Exploitation requires an application to pass untrusted values to the multipart APIs and permits forged part headers or attacker bytes prepended to a part body.
