Outbound header injection via unvalidated multipart parameters

HTTP header injection in Tesla.Multipart in Tesla 0.8.0 through 1.18.2 allows attackers to forge outbound HTTP request headers. Tesla.Multipart.add_content_type_param/2 stores caller-supplied strings without rejecting CR or LF, and headers/1 joins them verbatim into Content-Type. Exploitation requires an application to pass untrusted content-type parameter input, enabling arbitrary header insertion and potential request smuggling upstream.
